The challenge was to transform the employee cafeteria into a suitable venue for a C-level panel discussion within just 45 minutes, while simultaneously establishing a direct connection to the simulator hall at the Lufthansa Flight Training Center, which would serve as the unforgettable setting for the evening dinner—all under strict security regulations.

With a team of 45 people, we managed to completely brand the cafeteria with client logos and prepare the space for the Wired-led panel discussion in just one hour. After a detailed pilot briefing, guests were given the exclusive opportunity to go behind the scenes and experience a live cockpit simulation—a unique highlight only in Frankfurt.

While our guests enjoyed this once-in-a-lifetime experience, we prepared the setting for networking cocktails and dinner in the simulator hall, the heart of the aviation center. The event seamlessly combined professional discussions, fascinating insights, and stylish networking, creating an unforgettable experience.
