Communication training carried out by visually impaired and deaf trainers

The event began with an exciting networking evening at the beach club, where the participants got into the mood for the start of the event with high-speed speedboat rides. The following day, an extraordinary experience awaited the team: communication training in complete darkness and silence, led by visually impaired and deaf trainers. This unique method enabled them to experience and deepen their communication skills in a completely new way.

 


The program was complemented by inspiring keynote speeches that offered new perspectives and food for thought. The program concluded with the exciting experiment "Understanding each other blindly", in which the participants were able to apply the skills they had acquired during the training in a practical exercise. This event combined extraordinary experiences with in-depth learning and promoted both professional and personal development.
