We have been part of our client's Hannover Messe team since 2016 and are proud to be responsible for the smooth logistics of such an important project.

  • Main contact to the trade fair and contractual partner for all services associated with the trade fair such as renting the stand space, obtaining all necessary permits, monitoring the requirements, company presentation, sponsor activities, ticket handling, internet & router, internet press box, stand guard, stand cleaning, ordering the necessary connections
  • Organization of CIO support & internet connectivity
  • Logistical planning of all trade fair deliveries and on-site transfers for VIPs and employees
  • Planning, coordination and management of stand catering and staff catering on the days of the trade fair
  • Logistical planning for the daily panel discussions and workshops in the auditorium and meeting rooms; planning and organization of two evening events
  • Research and logistical handling of mailing campaigns
  • Coordination of technical requirements for the demo stations with stand builder and technology company
  • Outfit research and fitting for the trade fair team
  • Planning and coordination of giveaways, speaker gifts, handout materials
