The event for the global leadership team offered an extraordinary team experience that seamlessly blended adventure and sustainability. Participants were presented with an exciting challenge: a demanding off-road drive in historic Land Rover Defenders, guided by experienced Dakar Rally participants. These legendary vehicles, ideal for such a task, required both skill and strong teamwork from the participants.

The event took place at the picturesque Schloss Ehreshoven, a venue known not only for its stunning setting but also for its commitment to sustainable projects. The event's carbon footprint was offset by planting trees in the castle's sustainably managed forest. Additionally, the castle supports a foundation that aids impoverished elderly women, adding a social contribution to the event.
